Corridors Of Diffracted Light

These corridors of diffracted light, and this is an example of 'edge diffraction', where do they lead? What lurks in the darkness beyond? Is this the calm before a psychic storm?

This is a piece after the manner of that artist whose name I forget, but who builds and lights installations in which the light is the star. Sometimes it changes slowly.
