Nicolas Tomalin, the well respected broadsheet journalist, said that on TV in the 1960s as part of his satirical advice to Guardianistas, 'Stringalongs' [remember Marc Boxer?] and others how to be, and stay, 'One Step Ahead'. Tragically, Mr tomalin died before the BBC commisioned a second series. We shall not see his like again. R.I.P. Nicholas Tomalin.
