One of the old time gate keepers at Kew Gardens' Victoria Gate told me that he and his colleagues called this Cotinus obovatum or Chittam Wood tree 'Mr Kodak' in honour of the huge amount of colour film they saw being used up taking its picture on days like this. Now Kodak itself has gone but the tree remains and is larger and more colourful than ever.
The coloring is amazing. I loved the color of the tree and how you just captured the height of this beauty. I am really grateful that you didn't miss out the little road because it provides such a strong 'base' for the photo. The color variation really stands out. The leaves really show a lot of detail when you see the photo fullscreen.
The reddish leaves on the ground are also very beautiful. the whole thing is colors again. The old woman in the photo looks like a sweet heart. I'd definitely like that in my living room. Really great
