Suspected Enemy Secret Installation Near The DMZ

Description

"This is frame 12/7/13AKEn from Milsat V, pass 2367. This satellite is in a relatively high orbit as it complies with the agreed international permitted surveillance protocols, and that means there is a lack of detail. Our analysts are convinced that enemy undergound structures of considerable size have been dug in here, illegally close to the DMZ, just south of the disused railway cutting leading to the reservoir. We would like to draw your attention to what look like two ramps leading to what may be the concealed entrances to subterranean tunnels, one leading towards the north east and the other roughly to the west of it leading approximately south south west. There are no approach roads and no sign of tracks but we suspect that these ramps are used by hovercraft as they lead off from stretches of terrain that are gently sloping or flat. If they are, then we suspect that the tunnels lead to at least four seperate underground installations, three of them large enough to contain heavy industrial plant. They've been well concealed but we think the large rectangular one just south of the quarry lake is big enough to be a combined land crawler and missile factory. The small one to the south east of the lake is thought to be the administration, comms and security block. Anyone entering from the north east facing tunnel would have to pass through it to get to the large feature to the east of the lake which is thought to offer enough clearance for missiles to be stood upright, making it a potential launch site, in clear breach of DMZ Protocols; para VIII, all sections. Our real worry is that a secret communicating tunnel exists that passes under the railway to the mound north of it which is entirely inside the DMZ, which would already be an Act of War as defined by the Temporary Peace Accord of '05.

We are also worried about the installation above the east bank of the quarry lake. Clearly there is a way of moving things in or out from the lake shore, we don't know what. We have been unable to see how anything is moved from the factory to either of these other two installations. It has been suggested that something too large for the tunnels is being assembled at the bottom of the lake and then somehow brought to the surface and winched up that ramp to the west face of suspect installation IV. which might conceivably have a sufficiently wide underground connection to installation III to give it passage. If there is a similar tunnel from there to the mound in the DMZ then whatever it is could be pre-assembled in kit form in Installation II, moved a very short distance overland at night or during one of those temporary 'enemy induced surveillance blackouts' we've been getting lately, into Installation III, across to IV for arming, and then across the old railway and into the mound. A sudden break-out on the north side would have it half way across the DMZ before we even knew it was coming.

In conclusion, our analysts believe there is enough evidence of an illegal enemy build-up towards some kind of sneak attack to justify the request that a 'one-time, expendable, below minimum agreed height, stealthed surveillance drone overflight' be undertaken as soon as possible, the official request for which we hereby submit; along with a request to monitor the quarry lake water levels and temperature for changes that might indicate it was being using for cooling something in Installation II"

[Did you really read all that? Your attention is warmly appreciated. I was trying to dramatise a photo of the flaking paint on top of an outdoor green cabinet.]
