This was Anish Kapoor's plan for the (unoccupied) 4th Plinth in Trafalgar Square, London. I wish they had commissioned him to do this for real, but those concave mirrors might have acted like burning glasses and fried any pigeons silly enough to fly through the focal point when the sun was shining...

This model was on display in the lobby of the National Gallery.

Thank you. This was in a glass case in the foyer or lobby of the National Gallery, so the lighting was somewhat challenging...
