Description
This is my latest attempt to turn two photos into one wildly coloured three dimensional 'painting' using the facilities of Photoshop CS5, which include re-hueing, solarisation, 'inversion', re-exposure, dry brush 'artistic' filtering, and 'angled strokes' with light 'accented edges' brush stroke filtereing. The aim here is to produce a post-Impressionist, neo-pointilist fauvist landscape featuring a rather odd view down the hill from the big red Japanese maple in Heathfield that has featured in several other deviations. This is a cross eye viewable stereoscopic pair which only makes real sense when 'seen' in 3-D. Viewers unused to doing this should sit back from the screen to minimise the amount of eye crossing necessary, or even shrink the image by pressing 'ctrl' & '-' together. I've chosen a display size which suits me and seems to work for most people. Famous Fauves included Matisse, Bonnard and Derain. Pointilists included Signac and Van Rysselberghe www.google.co.uk/search?q=Van+… .
